(Peterborough - UK, 1980) Illustrador, autor y director de animación.

Estudió animación en la universidad donde aprendió a ilustrar historias. Actualmente, vive en el este de Londres con su família.

Su primer libro-álbum ilustrado, La ballena, ganó el premio Oscar de los libros, siente todo un éxito de ventas en librería infantil.

Su segundo álbum, La isla del abuelo, ganó la categoría de libros infantiles de los premios AOI World Ilustración y también es uno de los más vendidos en las librerías de todo el mundo.
