Biografia de Ken Follett

Ken Follett (Cardiff, 1949) és un novel·lista britànic aclamat mundialment, amb vendes properes als 200 milions d'exemplars. Després d'estudiar Filosofia i treballar com a periodista, es va fer famós amb el thriller La isla de las tormentas (1978).

La seva obra cabdal és la Saga Kingsbridge, iniciada amb Els pilars de la Terra (1989) i l'última entrega de la qual, L'armadura de la llum, es va publicar el 2023. És també autor de la Trilogia del Segle i el thriller Mai (2021). La seva última novel·la històrica és El cercle dels dies, ambientada a Stonehenge. Va ser nomenat CBE el 2018 per la seva contribució a la literatura.
